Our Mission
Vinland Lutheran Preschool serves young children and supports their development in a relationship-rich, educational environment centered in the love of Jesus Christ.
Our Philosophy
Vinland Lutheran Preschool is a place where children are nurtured and friendships are fostered within a community of grace. We believe children learn best when playing and interacting with the people and environment surrounding them. We provide a safe, healthy place for children to learn, grow and explore. Each child is wonderfully made and loved by God.
Our Curriculum
The learning environment, daily schedule and curriculum are structured to respect and affirm children as unique individuals co-acting in a small community. The curriculum is play and theme-based with a Christian aspect. Intellectual and physical development are fostered through hands-on exploration: friendships and social/emotional development are nurtured in a safe, caring setting; God’s love is shared and spiritual development is affirmed through word and action.
Parent/Family Involvement
Connections and healthy relationships are developed through ongoing verbal and written communications and trhough several fellowship events. All are welcome and encouraged to participate in the classroom.
